Training geared towards our clients: In response to requests from new companies, developers and local authorities, or from employees of clients we've been working with for many years, Letourneur Conseil delivers annual training courses on soil pollution, groundwater, ambient air... and the health and financial implications thereof.
Our training courses take the form of half-day or full-day sessions for small groups on selected topics relating to polluted sites and soils, with a regulatory component and case studies (from simple pollution to multiple and complex pollution).
Our training courses are aimed at both experienced professionals and customers who are not always familiar with the problems associated with polluted sites and soils.
Pedagogical objective: The aim of our training courses is to help participants decipher soil survey reports and detect warning points in a pollution diagnosis report. The programs are tailored to participants (design engineers, technical department managers, technicians, project managers, company directors, etc.) in terms of both technical and regulatory approaches (treatment methods for polluted soil) and analysis of the issues at stake (construction phase, waste management, future use of the site).
Training for design office employees : in the face of organizational and technological upheaval, a training policy is a real challenge. Letourneur Conseil offers its employees a wide range of training courses to help them adapt to the new realities of their jobs. In 2019, for example, every employee has attended at least one contaminated sites and soils course and one safety course. Because, as Henri Ford once said, "The two most important things do not appear on a company's balance sheet: its reputation and its people", and neither can be achieved without a well-trained, close-knit team.
