Letourneur Conseil works with you as a project management assistant (AMO) or project manager (MOE) to help you control costs and pollution risks, and ensure the profitability of your project.
The project management assistant fulfills the following functions:
- He/she takes part in defining strategic objectives and functional and technical requirements in line with the client's needs. This definition of requirements is a specific strategic mission, which can be carried out as part of a programming mission independent of assistance to the project owner in the strict sense of the term;
- It identifies constraints and quality requirements in line with user expectations;
- Identifies the organizational impact of the project;
- Ensures the feasibility of project implementation in all respects:
- Organizational ;
- Legal ;
- Budgetary ;
- Planning and resources;
- Recommends and assists in the choice of solution and service providers where necessary;
- Guarantees coordination and management throughout the life of the project;
- He checks and accepts the services provided by the main contractor and any subcontractors, from the pre-project specification phase, to the drafting of specifications, to the completed works documents (DOE)...
Project Management Assistance in the study phase corresponds to support for the client in carrying out the study services specified in standard NF X 31-620.
Project Management Assistance (PMA) in the works phase corresponds to support for the client in carrying out remediation work. AMO Travaux does not intervene directly in the execution of remediation work, but provides ongoing support to the client.
The aim of AMO Travaux is to advise the project owner, and to program and/or supervise the remediation project management services or the remediation work. In all cases, it is a mission that adapts to the client's needs and the specificities of the project.
Remediation project management
Pollution clean-up project management is part of pollution clean-up work, and corresponds to the MOE service (formerly B300) in standard NF X 31-620.
Unlike AMO, MOE is an execution mission. It is therefore directly involved, in agreement with the client, in carrying out the decontamination work.
The remediation EMO's mission is to manage all remediation work. It is responsible for awarding work contracts to the remediation companies (preparation of the DCE, consultation, etc.), managing the execution of the work (monitoring the progress of the work, meetings, management of unforeseen events, etc.) and taking part in the acceptance of the work (inspection of the content after completion of the work, inspection of the financial statements, recollement file, etc.).
